Monitor Leadership training course.

Today was the the leadership training course for all class com members. We were given the training via an organization called Young Midas. The instructors were not boring which was a relief but some of their jokes fell flat. We were asked to form groups and after that we were aked to take part in some activities. And of course there were the inevitable FEEDBACK FORMS(I should seriously murder the guy who created those vile and despicable things).

There were many activities but there was one which I really enjoyed. In this activity we were supposed to write a word on a piece of mahjong paper and after that the other group members were supposed to continue with another word so on so forth to form a story. The sstories quickly assumed a very sexually orientated context with word s such as 'vigourously' and 'wet and runny' being used. Seriously why does everone here think about sex? I mean sure it's interesting but shouldn't we know when to use some terms?

Anyway things ran smoothly but SURPRISINGLY, I actually learnt about good leadership values. Kudos to you Young Midas. I know now how to manage the class properly and I think that I can implement some of the skills I have learnt in future endeavours. But no promises that I won't turn out as a corrupt Monitor!
